It literally means "Grandma" in Russian.
The reason I bring this up, is because Americans tend to mispronounce the word.
It should be BAH-bushka, not ba-BOOSH-ka.
Ya lublu moyu babushku = I love my grandma ;)

Universal term used for human infants and toddlers who physically appear extremely cute, chunky, adorable and tubby-bubby. The word Babushka is a term of extreme endearment.
1. Oh what a cute little babushka you are in that baby picture.
